Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is sent to you
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as each article enters preparation for you
• Prices are listed in PKR (or converted at checkout for international orders) and may be revised at any time; the price at the time of your order applies

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

• Measurements provided by the customer are used as given — please measure carefully or consult our size guide before ordering
• Custom-fit and formal articles require 3–4 weeks of preparation before dispatch
• Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect

Product Representation

We photograph every article as faithfully as possible. However, slight variation between on-screen colours and the actual fabric is natural due to lighting and display settings, and does not constitute a defect.

Minor variations in handwork, embellishment placement, and finishing are characteristics of crafted garments, not flaws.

Exchanges, Shipping & Delivery

Exchanges are governed by our Exchange & Refund Policy, and dispatch timelines and charges by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Both form part of these terms — please review them before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Raah Attire and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Raah Attire is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
