Once dispatched, local orders are typically delivered within 3 business days, and international orders within 10 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes. Any duties levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is refused or undeliverable and is returned to Pakistan, a refund can only be processed after the parcel safely reaches us, minus all shipping and handling charges incurred.
