-Due to the delicate nature of our abayas and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind or provision of incorrect sizing.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at raahattire@gmail.com or whatsapp us at 03177707404.
Include a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and provide a resolution, such as a replacement, if the claim is valid.
RETURN GUIDE (If Accepted)
In the rare event we approve a return, the following guidelines must be strictly adhered to:
Condition of the Item:
The item must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
The item must be free from any signs of wear, such as creases, stains, or perfume/body odours.
Tags and original packaging must remain intact.
Packaging:
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged items due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping:
Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service within 7 days of approval.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during transit. If the return does not reach us, we will not be able to process the return.
Inspection:
Once we receive the return, the item will be inspected. If it fails to meet the above conditions, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
